Bellabox November 2015 – Review
If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, then you would know that I love trying out new beauty subscription boxes! I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to trial Bellabox and so today I’m excited to share a look at the November Bellabox with you.

Bellabox is a monthly beauty box that offers 5+ beauty samples each month for a price of $15 (plus $2.95 postage). They include a range of cult and classic beauty brands and each month, the box revolves around a theme with the November box being all about ‘Ready, Set, Glow’, which is perfect as Summer approaches!
The contents comes beautifully packaged in a bright blue, sturdy box which would be great to re-use to store little trinkets. Here’s what was included in my box:
MTWB Tan Extender with Luminescence – Unfortunately I rarely tan so this product isn’t the most exciting inclusion for me, however, the brand Mediterranean Tan has been raved about in Vogue and this product is definitely a great fit with the ‘Ready, Set, Glow’, Summer focused box. The product not only extends the life of your tan but it also provides hydration and a glow to the skin.
Redwin Coconut Balm – I’ve tried this product previously and it’s a great all in one balm which can be applied to soothe and repair dry skin as well as applied over cuts or bites. It’s a good product to have in the handbag as you never know when you’ll need it. If you’re going bare faced, a little bit of this product applied to the lips and high points of your face will provide an instant glow!
Olive Purifying Face Masque – This masque features olive leaf extract, avocado oil and manuka honey to cleanse, illuminate and brighten the skin, leaving it clear and glowing this Summer. I’m not familiar with the Olive brand so being introduced to a new brand is always fabulous.
Bic Soleil Glow Razor – I definitely dont mind receiving useful products in beauty boxes so this razor is a welcome addition and a great inclusion to kick start that body glow for Summer!
Riri by Rihanna Perfume Sample – I love trying new perfumes and it’s probably the reason why I’m constantly buying more and more but I’ve found that some celebrity perfumes smell and last just as well as higher end brands so I am interested to see how this one performs.
Laqa & Co. Cheeky Lip – For me, this product is the definite standout in the box and I love the multi-tasking concept of a 2 in 1 cheek and lip product. I received the crayon in the shade Humble Brag which is a gorgeous deeper pink shade and upon first swatch, it has a creamy and pigmented colour payoff. I am definitely looking forward to trying it.
At $17.95 a month, Bellabox is definitely one of the more affordable beauty subscriptions and for that price, I think it has some great value and product inclusions. I think this is a great box for those who are beginning their ‘love of beauty’ journey and want to sample some new and exciting products. Bellabox is also a subscription I’d recommend to a younger, teenage or young adult audience as the inclusions are quite fun and fresh!
When it comes to beauty boxes, I love receiving either really usable products or products from brands I haven’t come across/tried before and this box has a great mix of both with the balm and razor being really usable for all subscribers whilst the Laqa & Co., Olive and Mediterranean Tan products are great introductions to unfamiliar brands. The inclusions also fit in really well with the ‘Ready, Set, Glow’ theme.
What are your thoughts on this month’s box?
